Where required, the provider acts as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with bunny.net.
5. CDN / External Scripts
For HLS video playback, the hls.js library may be loaded via jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) when required by the browser for playback.
Technical access data such as IP address, browser information, referrer and access time may be processed.
Legal basis:
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
Legitimate interest:
compatible video playback across browsers and devices.
6. Cookies and Storage
This website uses Local Storage to remember your privacy choice (mp_cookie_choice) and avoid showing the notice again.
The video player may also remember whether you allowed sound for playback. For this purpose, Local Storage (marcSiteSoundAllowed) and a first-party cookie (mp_sound_allowed) are used. This storage is used only to keep your playback preference on this website.
When Bunny Stream videos are loaded or played, technical playback and request statistics may be created. If additional analytics or marketing technologies are used in the future, they will be described in this privacy policy and activated only after any required consent.
Legal basis:
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Section 25(2) TDDDG
